Red, White, and Stylish

Independence day has always been one of my favorite holidays-- mostly because it resides in the best month of the year, July. I've always loved hanging out at the pool and eating yummy snacks all day long before settling in to watch the fireworks. There's just something special about summer nights outdoors, and the 4th of July really encompasses that nostalgic feeling for me.

Unfortunately for me, the past few years I have been stuck at work for the holiday (not all bad though because we do get holiday pay). This week I was feeling a bit bummed about not having the opportunity to dress up for the holiday, so I decided to do it anyway.

Here's a short little look book featuring outfits for all occasions to wear this holiday. I personally will be slipping on the long denim dress as soon as I get home from work to enjoy the fireworks with my friends.
